Hello, I'm an experienced German design and research leader who helps people all over the world to step out of their comfort zones. I firmly believe in balancing business needs with user needs. I've often seen firsthand the detrimental effects of user-only and business-only thinking. I'm a pro at being curious and passionate about new people and new experiences. This is one of the many reasons why I invest most of my time in traveling and learning new things. And in doing so, I challenge myself every day to do at least one simple thing that would normally scare me.
For me, UX is more than a job - it's an attitude, even a lifestyle. It allows me to connect with people from different cultures, live in their reality for a while and learn in the most natural way. Accustomed to thinking in simple yet sustainable solutions to drive key business metrics, I have a decade of experience in mixed-method UX practices as well as academic research across multiple industries including healthtech, fintech, and real estate. In addition, I offer experience from more than 10 years of freelance work with clients in the fitness industry.
