Zumba® revolutionized the fitness industry worldwide nailing their previous slogan “Ditch the workout – Join the Party”. My thesis find answers for the phenomenon based on sport scientific and psychological constructs.
Dancers performance (Bachelor Thesis)
So-called “Carnevalistic” Dance” is for many not only a hobby but also a tough competitive sport demanding peak performance. In my thesis we examined the heart rate behavior of female solo dancers and give guidance regarding proper training methodology.
